A Four-Tribe Foresight Immersion for an Industry on the Move

When the Caravan, RV & Accommodation Industry of Australia (CRVA) needed to look a decade ahead, they didn’t ask for a trends talk. They booked Morris to deliver a full Innovation foresight workshop one that would challenge every corner of their industry to confront what was coming next.

Held at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast, Morris designed and led a 4-tribe scenario workshop that brought together four key perspectives: manufacturers, retailers, holiday parks, and consumers. Each group was tasked with imagining what their world would look like in the future then delivering a short “future-back” narrative explaining how they got there.

It wasn’t passive learning. It was collective future-building. The room didn’t just listen they thought, debated, and reframed. Participants uncovered blind spots, found shared challenges, and started asking better questions about technology, consolidation, generational shifts, and evolving lifestyle patterns.

This was strategic foresight at its most engaging designed not to predict the future, but to help the industry build their own.

Shift: From fragmented viewpoints to a united, 360° industry foresight experience.

The result?: Four interconnected narratives that reshaped how CRVA members planned, innovated, and collaborated across the value chain.
